1. Payment in full
is to be made upon departure, for long duration stays, payment will
be requested on a weekly basis. We do not offer credit.
2. Where a guest fails to show
up or cancels a booking we will endeavor to recover our costs. If
we have turned away other customers for the dates involved and are
not able to re let the room, we will charge for lost business (less
materials not expended) as a result of the no show. We do not specify
a notice period as this varies from case to case dependent on the
time of year. Where a credit card number has been taken to secure
a booking, we will make this charge directly to the card. Where
a cheque is used to secure a booking, this will be non refundable
unless the room is re let, in which case the deposit will be refunded
less bank and postal charges (typically £2.00).
3. Rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival unless
alternative arrangements are agreed.
This may not always be possible. 4. Rooms are to be vacated
by 10.30 am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements
are agreed. This may not always be possible. 5. For the comfort of all our guests, all guest
rooms are non smoking. Guests who fail to comply with this
may be asked to leave. 6. No
pets allowed except Guide Dogs. 7. Full English Breakfast is
included in the room rate.
8. Non registered guests are not allowed
in guest rooms after 10pm.
